All sessions are non-refundable.
We understand that life happens, so we allow each client up to two (2) reschedules per session.
Your first and second reschedules are honored with no additional fee.
After the second reschedule, the session is forfeited, and a new payment is required to book again.
This policy ensures fairness, protects our time and schedule, and maintains the integrity of our coaching environment.
